Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for guests with service animals, but the bathroom cleanliness was lacking, and the temperature was a bit too warm for my liking. The service was accommodating overall, with quick resolution of issues, but there were inconsiderate instances like dogs in the food area and being asked to leave due to room odor. The location was great, offering a cozy setting in the heart of Raleigh with a lovely view, although some amenities like milk/creamers were lacking. The dining could have been improved with more options and better upkeep, though the staff was exceptional. While there were some downsides, the value for money is evident in the facilities provided.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location was great with a view of a nature setting and easy access to Crabtree Mall, but on the downside, the rooms were not the cleanest and had a strong cigarette smell that bothered my husband. The service was fantastic, but the dining options were disappointing.
I absolutely loved the hotel's location right beside Crabtree Valley Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were a bit small, but clean and featured a comfy bed with clean towels. The service was top-notch except for one staff member who was not as courteous as expected. The trails out back were a lovely surprise for nature lovers. The dining experience had a wide range of delicious choices, although late-night options were limited. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.
